Our Story
We are two friends and OB-GYNs that started a podcast because women's health wasn’t being talked about enough. Every decision we make is shaped by a clear sense of purpose: to demystify care, center patients’ experiences, and create a space where real questions get honest answers.
Dr. Erin LeGrand, DO
Dr. LeGrand received her undergraduate degree and medical degree from Michigan State University. She completed her residency at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. LeGrand enjoys all aspects of obstetric and gynecology care, including high risk pregnancies and robotic surgery.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, puzzles and spending time with her family.
Dr. Sarah Hellmann, DO
Dr. Sarah Hellmann is an obstetrician/gynecologist who enjoys the diversity of working with women in all stages of life and varying backgrounds. She provides a full spectrum of services ranging from pregnancy management to preventive care to pelvic surgery. She truly enjoys taking the time to listen to her patients as well as educate them regarding their bodies and health.
